Counselling Therapy is a process of talking about and working through your personal problems with a therapist. As a highly trained counsellor, I use a range of counselling approaches and techniques with my clients to support them in becoming aware and responsible individuals.

When we are in session together, I am dedicating all my focus, abilities and time to you – your needs, your experiences and your outcomes. We work together to understand where you are in your life, how you journeyed to this point, and where you want to go now. As someone with a lot of life experience, I can offer true empathy to you as your share your life’s challenges with me.
